-
We do not rely on natural snow, we will be making our own when conditions permit. We do need below freezing temperatures for our state of the art snowmaking system to make snow. The number of lanes on the tubing hill may change depending on conditions. If there is an unusual period of time where we are unable to make snow, it is always possible that we may have to suspend operations. Guests will be notified if that occurs. Check the weather report on our website here.
-
No, please dress appropriately. We reserve the right to delay or suspend operations if there is inclement weather.
-
We keep the safety our staff and guests in mind when it comes to closures of the snow tubing hill. You should follow road conditions recommendations from the WV DOT and surrounding states before you travel. We reserve the right to delay or suspend operations if there is inclement weather. Please call our office or check social media if there is inclement weather.
-
Snow tubing runs rain or shine and in warm and cold temperatures when they occur. Check the website and social media for updates on snow conditions! If the weather is not to your liking, please call our office to look for the availability of rescheduling.
Weather conditions affect the quality and speed of the tubing hill as well. The hill is typically slower during periods of rain or warm temperatures and typically faster in the evening when the temperatures drop or it is colder.
